Pitta Dosha is a combination of fire and water elements that govern our digestion and hunger. Our skin, emotions, and mental health are all impacted by the Pitta Dosha, a fundamental physical flaw. Pitta-type individuals are very perceptive, intelligent, and academically motivated. When inflamed, Pitta can make us irritable and prone to inflammation, ulcers, and heartburn. Pitta Dosha imbalance is a prevalent issue that can make you feel physically ill. There are five types of every Dosha. The Pitta five types and their functions are as follows:
- Ranjaka Pitta- is in charge of the liver, spleen, stomach, and heart’s circulation as well as the production of plasma and blood cells.
- Alochaka Pitta – governs the organ of sight; the eye
- Pachaka Pitta- responsible for digestion
- Bhrajaka Pitta- governs skin
- Sadhaka Pitta- emotions
